Conversion and Restoration
Agricultural buildings dating back to the 18th century were sympathetically restored and converted to create a mixed use development including offices and business units. The original features have been retained and the exposed trusses and brickwork add to the character. The courtyard setting provides an excellent working environment within striking distance of Chester City Centre and Bell Developments is now headquartered within the building. |

Commercial Investment
A high specification office building was purchased as an investment property and which is now fully let. There is 15,600 sq ft of good quality office space and a 20,000 sq ft warehouse. Access to the business park location is excellent, there is good parking space provision and planning consent has been granted for an extension for a further 20,570 sq ft of offices. |

Residential
Nine new homes were built on the site of an old engineering works in a semi-rural location on the edge of a village. The site had become something of an eyesore and planning permission was granted for change of use from an employment site. The high quality character houses have had a very positive impact on the built environment. |

Site Assembly
A group of poor quality industrial buildings were bought from four different owners and the site assembled to enable development of a new retail unit for Aldi. This one acre site is in a prominent position and the new 13,000 sq ft development significantly improves appearance of the area. |
