Existing properties and green-field sites will be considered
and opportunities for mixed residential and commercial
development will be viewed very favourably.

Redevelopment sites are required in cities, towns and villages
where the current use may be a hospital or school, pub or
hotel, petrol station or garage or other commercial / residential
use.

Houses on large plots are required and the purchase of
adjacent sites often enables a higher value to be realised.

Greenfield sites will be purchased on an option basis where
they are adjacent to settlement areas, with appropriate access
and with potential to gain planning consent over the coming
years.
