How to find us

From the M56 – Exit at the end of the motorway and follow the
A5117 towards North Wales. Turn left onto the A540 Parkgate
Road at the Little Chef and follow the road for 2.5 miles, past
Crabwall Manor on the right and then Mollington Grange is
signposted on the left. Bell Developments parking is in the first
area on the left and the office entrance is shown on the map
below.

From Chester ring road – exit at Northgate (The Fountains)
Roundabout on the A540 Parkgate Road. Continue past the
University of Chester on the left and then take the third exit at
the roundabout next to the Mercedes garage. Continue on the
A540 and after passing Mollington Hotel on the left, Mollington
Grange is signposted on the right. Bell Developments parking
is in the first area on the left and the office entrance is shown
on the map below.
