Commercial Land

Both brown-field and green-field sites will be considered
and opportunities for mixed residential and commercial
development will be viewed very favourably.

Previously developed land is required where there is a
potential for significant improvement to its current use.
Sites may be located in city centres, trade and retail parks
or other suitable locations and where necessary Bell
Developments will pursue opportunities that require a number
of parcels of land to be assembled in order to meet a specific
need. Current uses may include: factories and industrial units,
warehouses and depots, workshops and yards, offices and
shops or schools and hospitals.

Greenfield land is required where there is a potential for new
commercial development, particularly where an existing retail
or industrial area can be extended.
