Care Homes

The Care Homes sector is an area of business where
Bell Developments have had an increasing focus since the
start of 2006.

There is an increasingly wide range of old age care
accommodation to meet the changing needs of our elderly
population and their carers. Many of the older care homes
struggle to meet new regulatory requirements, they are
sometimes unattractive places to live and they are often
expensive to maintain. Many operators see the value in
more flexible, purpose built accommodation which is easier
to manage and a much more pleasant environment in which
to live.

Bell Developments is working with leading UK operators to
locate and develop sites where there is a strong local demand
for new accommodation. A care home development may be
part of a larger residential development where there can be
significant planning benefits, or a stand alone development
which could include retirement apartments, close care and
nursing.
